How does Power Pen get shipped?
Power Pen Orders are shipped the same day, via the USPS (United States Postal Service). Power Pen ships in a gray discrete poly bubble mailer. Atomizer tips & smaller orders come in 4x6 size mailers, Power Pens/Packages mail in a 6x10. Larger orders come in similar poly bubble mailers or USPS flat rate envelopes/boxes. No orders get processes or shipped on Sunday or Major Holidays. International shipments will take 5-10 business day longer, due to customs.
How do I know if my order has been processed
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including an Order #. Use this Order # along with the e-mail address used for purchase to Track Order If you need assistance please contact us at sales@powerpen.com with your Order #.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take 2 to 4 business days to arrive. Shipped from Detroit, MI.
How do I track my order?
If you did not receive a tracking link in your order confirmation, please email sales@powerpen.com with your Order # and you will receive a tracking link shortly.
What if the estimated delivery date has been passed, and my order hasn't arrived?
Please allow 1 to 2 days if your tracking link says your package was delivered. You can always contact USPS with your tracking number for further assistance www.USPS.com/tracking. Our customer support center is also always willing to help track your order but please remember, we are not the USPS and when the package is shipped we have no control over the USPS shipping process. Please be patient, we can assure you, your Power Pen will arrive!

Returns

Which products can be returned
NO USED PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED or EXCHANGED!

Any defective products that do not work out of the box will be accepted. PLEASE CHECK AND INSPECT ALL PARTS OF YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIVING IT TO INSURE WORKING CONDITION. After 30 days, Power Pen, will not warrant or exchange products.

For Returns/Exchanges; Please document the issue you are having by emailing sales@powerpen.com with your order number, name, and address for shipping.

Defective batteries can be swapped for up to 3 months. To swap a battery, send the BATTERY only to our PO BOX with your name, order # and return address. Please send a tracking number to sales@powerpen.com to receive your exchange faster.
How do I return my vaporizer pen?
If your vaporizer battery does not work within 30 days of RECEIVING your Power Pen, we will exchange it, once you return the defective unit to us at:

Please Allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Please send your Order # along with the return battery & address for replacement shipping. We will only accept battery swaps from orders on powerpen.com within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted on damaged units. Batteries only, No tips or used parts will be accepted.
